Loot
Reverence Theatre
Join Reverence theatre company as they embark on a nostalgic journey, Loot by the late great Joe Orton. It’s witty, carelessly satire and oddly honest for its time. Loot tests your beliefs with themes of police corruption, religious beliefs and greed.
After the unfortunate death of Mrs. Mcleavy, the play follows the family and the dysfunctional relationships within it. The play questions authority, morality and even death. It’s gut wrenchingly funny and has a great taste of humour and satire.
Reverence theatres professional debut doing Joe Orton’s Loot, challenges the company in a beneficial, by doing a unsung classic by a legendary playwright. Join us April 27th for a hilarious night you wont forget.
